Pastor Rob Davis: Eph. 5:25-33

In Ephesians 5:25-33, Paul continues his teaching on submitted relationships by commanding husbands to love their wives and presenting five qualities of that love.

The love with which a husband loves his wife is:

1. A sacrificial love (v. 25).
2. A purifying love (vv. 26, 27).
3. An intimate love (v. 28).
4. A nourishing love (vv. 29, 30).
5. A permanent love (v. 31).
