Pastor Rob Davis: Eph. 6:5-9

In Ephesians 6:5-9 Paul gives us two commands concerning the submission between slaves and masters.

1. Slaves must obey your master.
   1. How?
      1. With respect (v. 5a-b).
      2. With integrity (v. 5c).
      3. As to Christ (vv. 5d-7).
   2. Why? Because God will reward you (v. 8).
2. Masters must serve your slaves.
   1. Because you serve the same Master (v. 9a-b).
   2. Because the Master shows no partiality (v. 9c).
